Accuracy of Information
As a panellist you agree to provide true and accurate information about yourself when you join one or more CMR panels. In addition, you agree to provide information or opinions that are, as far as possible, true and accurate for you, when completing a CMR survey.
Rewards
CMR will reward panellists with points in return for completing online surveys and questionnaires. Points will be on the basis of 1 point = 1 pound sterling and will be shown on your personal page in your local currency, as defined by you on the sign up page.
As a registered panellist you may at any time view your points balance on the CMR website. You may also redeem your points for a cash sum or for Amazon vouchers at any time.
Copyright
In consideration of the benefit received by you for completing a survey you agree that you will not without prior written authorisation from CMR, disclose to any third party any information received by you during the course of a survey or questionnaire, including the form of the questionnaire, the methodologies used and anything or matter whatsoever. Neither will you store, copy, reproduce, transmit, distribute, modify, publish or broadcast any such content or information except as is required for use in the questionnaire. You will keep all such material confidential.
Creative Marketing Research Ltd "CMR" has developed various specialist internet panels as a means to conduct market research on behalf of its clients. The surveys we conduct are for market research purposes only, to help with the development of new products or advertising messages. Your details will never be used for direct marketing purposes.
Information we ask for
We ask for demographic information when you join the panels in order that we may send you surveys that are appropriate for you. We may also use this information for analysis purposes when the survey is finished. Personal information provided by you to CMR will only be accessible by CMR employees. We provide our clients with an aggregated report; no one from a third party will be able to identify your individual response or personal data.

Because of the confidential nature of the surveys we conduct we cannot include on any of our panels anyone who works within a medical or healthcare product company, and we will ask you to certify that this is the case.
Confidentiality
All personal data that you provide and all answers you give in an on-line survey are strictly confidential. We abide by the guidelines of the Market Research Society and the Data Protection Act 1998 and will never sell your demographic or personal information to an outside source. Your personal information is totally safe and secure.
Voluntary
As with all forms of market research, your participation is voluntary at all times. It is your decision every time we send an invitation to a survey whether you take part or not. Everyone who is on our panels has expressed their interest in being a panellist. We do not add people who have not given their permission. If you have been sent an email by CMR and you do not believe you have given your permission and you wish your name to be removed from our database please email sue@creativemarketing.co.uk.
Children
Our panels are intended to be for use by people aged 16 years and above. If you are younger and would like to participate, we are sorry that you cannot join now, but we look forward to welcoming you on your 16th birthday.
